Formed by fellow musicians and friends Bryan Parker and Mike Monzel, Prophets and Profiteers is a project steeped in community and inspiration. Enlisting the help of friends and family including indie filmmaker McCauley Harlan and Parker's own mother-in-law the duo has recorded two records... 2012's "This Too Shall Pass" and the soon to be released "Not Our Day In The Sun" with producer Loren Dircks. Embracing a alternative folk , quasi country, desert rock sound and a fiery revival style live set Prophets and Profiteers is a gospel for the working class.

The GunRunners have been around the old pueblo [Tucson Ariz] since 2005.like most bands the line-up been overhauled a few times and with their sound.Over the years we've been played on locals only radio show[on KXCI] many times,featured on Zia records comp vol.2,and for almost 3 years [and still counting] we have 2 songs in the top 20 at www.tammies.com [the tucson weekly grammy's].We've played various clubs in Tucson Ariz.,Phoenix Ariz,New Mexico and California.
